The role:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Marketing by leading and taking full responsibility of the B2B marketing function.
This role is vital in supporting the business’s growth ambitions, with a specific emphasis on our B2B proposition and client engagement. Working with the wider marketing team and the sales team, you will focus on helping to plan and deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns. This is an exciting position, aimed at helping support our marketing outputs and is vital in driving our business, attracting, nurturing, and retaining B2B clients.
Ideal for an experienced CIM qualified marketeer working across the full marketing mix and wants to proactively make an impact. You will have experience developing strategies to build awareness, acquire and retain market share, and be comfortable working with clear KPIs for each.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for the people management of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivery of key marketing campaigns for all propositions that span the B2B offering.- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to devise and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve overarching marketing objectives.
- Working closely with the B2C Marketing Manager to build integrated campaigns that target our student and agent customers.
- Collaborate with wider teams to identify and grow opportunities within new and existing territories.
- Provide hands-on support in the delivery of key marketing campaigns.
- Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, whilst building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Development of client specific content to enhance the relationship and services we provide.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, analysing metrics and providing detailed reporting on campaign performance. Must be able to assess current performance and provide recommendations.
- Responsible for assigned areas of the annual marketing budget.
- Be aware and keep up to date with market trends and competitors.
- Creatively thinking of new ways to generate new business and customer leads.
- Creatively thinking of new ways to enhance existing client relationship.
Skills and experience:
- CIM Post graduate degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years B2B marketing management experience.
- Passionate about the power of marketing to build a company brand and success.
- Experience in designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Budget management.
- Experience of using marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Proven experience in relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Experienced people management skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
