Available Job Today How will you contribute?
- To assist the People Advisor in providing a high-quality professional people service.
- Maintenance of confidential HR records.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are followed in line with the site agreement and legislation.
- To support absence management, including administration and policing of the absence procedure, processing occupational health referrals, and providing guidance to managers.
- To provide support to managers note taking during disciplinary, grievance cases including welfare issues and flexible working requests.
- Preparations of ER correspondence for disciplinary, grievance etc.
- Supporting and working with line managers on the Kronos time & attendance and Oracle Systems.
- Provide support to the site Payroll Officer.
- Liaise with central People Services.
- Support on all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Liaising with union representatives.
- To support with engagement and communication and wellbeing.
- General office administration.

- Previous experience within a fast-paced People functions.
- Can demonstrate ability to listen and understand keeping all information private and confidential.
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload, including people and time.
- A good team worker.
- Can work to strict deadlines and under time pressures.
