As a Barclays Avaloq Tester you will be joining Avaloq Testing team within the Private Banking technology area. You will be instrumental in leading the Avaloq Testing Team on specific projects and will work with the Platform Test manager to define the testing strategy for various critical projects on the Avaloq Platform and its associated interfaces. The role requires day-to-day co-ordination with various team members across locations like Glasgow, Pune, and Singapore.

• Supporting with the preparation of Test Plans as per requirement.
- Executing planned regression tests
- Handling both UAT / OAT
- Managing the preparation of Run Plan and Execution Plans
- Confirming connectivity and readiness of active test team
- Helping in performing test estimation
- Assisting the Test Manager in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day
- Performing tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test report
What we’re looking for:
• Great experience and knowledge in testing, defect management and automation
- Prior experience on Avaloq
- Experience in Banking domain - core banking product
- Effective communication skills with other development team members, project managers, managers, and users across multiple global locations
• Agile Experience will be an added advantage
- Banking experience in Investment Banking, Wealth Management
- Basics of AWS
- Knowledge of Test Master Automation
