Nanny Tree offers full-time, part-time, short-term, and backup nanny positions to serve all job seekers' needs throughout the Salt Lake Valley and in Park City. They have proven to support their team of nannies by; Educating and guiding families on; Properly compensate their nanny based on experience, education, schedule, children’s ages, COSTA, etc. The importance of offering incentives and sticking to a schedule. The different ways they can make their nanny feel valued and create a long-lasting relationship. Insisting that families offer; Annual raises based on merit plus the cost of living Bonus pay of at least $50 daily for when their nanny travels with them. And pay at least 30% more per hour for any last-minute schedule changes. Having a team of backup nannies for when a fellow nanny is sick or goes on vacation. Assuring that their nannies get paid on time on a bi-weekly schedule. Certifying their inexperienced nannies through US Nanny Association, paid for by the Agency. Nanny Tree’s mission is to support their network of childcare providers by significantly increasing nanny’s annual salaries and earned incentives so they can feel valued in their jobs. Nanny Tree cares and tends to their nannies just as their team of nannies care and tend to the families they work for. At least 2 years childcare experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws, and willingness to adhere to the family’s COVID-19 safety protocols. Willing to undergo a background check.
