AV Technical Service Co-Ordinator – This position will see you working in a busy Aftercare Department, you will have some knowledge of the home automation market and basic trouble shooting skills. The role is varied, from first line client liaison, technical support, field service engineer support, logistics and procurement of components. You should have the ability to multi-task and an ability to prioritise workload, be a team player and willing to take on additional ad-hoc duties as required to be able to deliver the amazing service that our clients desire. If you have been on the tools as an installation engineer or field service in the custom install market and now wish for a more office based role then please send your CV. It would be nice to see that you have experience with Crestron / Lutron control or Cisco systems and come with a great affinity for the high end residential world.
Basic Skills needed:

• Basic knowledge of AV / Home Automation and an eagerness to constantly learn
• A basic understanding of network infrastructures and protocols
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Good first line troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise work and deliver solutions to clients

The position will see you working for a pre-eminent player in the world of residential AV systems integration who deliver a first class service to extremely HNWI.
