Automotive Service Writer/Advisor Tracy, CA
Job description
We are looking for an individual who is a team player and has exceptional time management skills. This along with, great customer service and communication skills is a must.
We have a great team and are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience as a service writer for an automotive repair shop. Knowledge of parts, car functions and how to quote and write up work repairs is a must.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, greeting customers and starting work orders, assigning jobs, ordering parts, updating and properly writing work orders, quoting customers and communicating with technicians are part of daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
