We are excited to be adding a Manufacturing Engineer (Robotics) to the MAC Trailer Team. Our Manufacturing Engineer (Robotics) designs, configures, and deploys scalable process automation solutions utilizing Robotic Process Automation and tooling. Gather and analyzes existing process flows, use cases, and requirements. Develop specifications to design and document automated workflow solutions.
Wage Range: $60,000 - $105,000

What you will do:
- Uses RPA tools to deliver reusable automation components.
- Deploys solutions and establishes monitoring to maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and identify issues.
- Creating, configuring, and testing robotic systems utilized to improve production and precision levels within our industry.
- Designing, software systems to control robotic systems for manufacturing.
- Evaluate prototypes and robotic systems created.
- Examine and approve cost estimates and design calculations.
- Provide technical support for robotic systems created.
- Analyze and calibrate systems for maximum efficiency with support documentation, while monitoring usage of systems and optimizing functionality
- Troubleshoot deficiencies in design.
- Stay current of improvements in robotics and relevant field of engineering.
- May assume a team lead role for related work group(s)
Who you are:

- Education in automation, mechanical, robotics, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar field.
- Minimum of two years industrial/manufacturing required.
- Outstanding, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Verified ability to develop mechanical and electrical systems.
- Mastery in drafting programs such as AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer science, applied physics, and mechanics history preferred.

- Office and Manufacturing Environment
- Stand and walk long periods of time -Frequent sitting, work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including being physically capable of maneuvering self throughout facility, Operations area, product, and equipment.
- Ability to function and facilitate job duties at various affiliate locations when need is required.
