They’re currently looking for a Junior Automation Analyst to join them in continuing and elevating their impact as the technological capability of the group grows and develops.
This role would see you support in the analysis and identification of areas across the business which would benefit from process automation and working together with the team to understand current business processes in order to propose solutions in alignment with requirements
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the transformation of business processes through identification, assessment, and analysis of process automation opportunities across L&G Group; and if progressed, support the requirements elicitation, business process modelling (including process re-engineering), documentation and design of automations through the development lifecycle into deployment.
- Working with process SMEs to understand the ‘as is business process’ and establish the requirements to assist with the process automation.
- Collaborating with the wider automation and analysis team and contribute to the successful delivery of the automation tasks.
- Proposing solutions, identifying alignment with business requirements, making recommendations to stakeholders considering costs, benefits, and risks.
- Supporting the delivery of analysis artefacts in the integration of new technologies into the automation technology toolkit to continually evolve its capability in transforming business processes through automation.
- Contributing to: Analysis Planning and Monitoring activities including the definition of roles & responsibilities of stakeholders, development of estimates for analysis activity, planning of own interaction with stakeholders, the approach for requirements development, traceability, prioritisation, the deliverables that should be produced and the metrics that will be used to monitor progress.
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of market process automation technology
- Knowledge of Office software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access etc.
- A good understanding of Business Analysis techniques such as business case completion, requirement’s elicitation, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
- Understanding the Regulatory framework of the UK Financial Services industry
- Experience of applying Business Analysis techniques
- Experience working within a continuous improvement environment
