Vehicle Logisitcs Operative

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our BMW & MINI Dealership in Southend on Sea is looking to recruit a new Vehicle Logistics Operative
About the position
The successful candidate for our Vehicle Logistics Operative vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Vehicle Logistics Operative position involves:
- To ensure all prep centre administration work is completed to the highest standard
- Liaise with the technical workshop/bodyshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
- To accept delivery of all New and Used Vehicles, carry out necessary checks (damage, paperwork etc.)
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Assist site operatives to ensure New & Used displays are kept to a high standard.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
