Job description
*NO EXPIERIENCE DESIRED*
PAID TRAINING: $20 Per Hour
Commission based position after training:
- $70,000-$180,000 annually
We are looking for individuals with a positive, "can-do" attitude! Automotive sales is a great introduction to the sales world and will allow you to reach goals you may have previously thought you couldn't. Before applying take into consideration that sales is not for everyone, you must not be afraid to ask customers for their business, make a minimum of 35 phone calls per day, work between 45-55 hours a week, and that it is hot outside in SWFL. Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Assist them in selecting a vehicle
- Keeping up to date on product training, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure complete satisfaction and potential referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Good communication skills with your customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
