The 4 star AA Accredited Holiday Inn London Gatwick Worth located in Crawley is currently recruiting for an experienced Night Reception Auditor to provide an efficient reception service, whilst ensuring all guests are dealt with in a hospitable and courteous manner, according to IHG Brand Standards.

Holiday Inn London Gatwick Worth is looking for a versatile and detail oriented Night Auditor to support our Front Office operations during night time.
DUTIES:
- Welcome the guests and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure that special requests are met and service is anticipatory.
- Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Audit daily hotel revenues and ensure all daily transactions are balancing across all systems.
- Ensure all financial discrepancies are justified and backed up.
- Provide F&B services during night time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid background in customer service
- Experience in hotel reception
- Ability to multi-task
