SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable and well-established mid-size accountancy practice based in Stoke-on-Trent. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Audit Senior to join their dynamic team. You will ideally be an ACA or ACCA Finalist and experience within audit in practice is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage audits from planning to completion in accordance with International Standards on Auditing
- Complete amendments to working papers following review by Audit Manager/ Director
- Ensure appropriate understanding of each client's business by researching before going on site
- Make recommendations for improvements in client's processes
- Complete amendments to client facing documents following review
- Prepare and review general accounts
- Supervision and mentoring of trainees and audit team
Requirements:
- Finalist or Qualified ACA or ACA
- Experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
