Our client is searching for an AV Project Manager within the AV residential sector. The experienced PM will manage and coordinate the installation of AV, lighting control and IP systems, delivering an effective combination of technical knowledge and creativity.
Technical Overview/Skills:- Understanding the client’s requirements and interpretation to a Functionality Description for client sign-off.
- Detailed understanding of schematics, cable schedules, rack layouts, placement plans and documentation packs ready for pre-build & site installation teams.
- Team management, Project management.
- Quality control and attention to detail to maintain the expected high standards
- Commissioning and troubleshooting
- Understanding of high end construction sites
Knowledge of:
Crestron
Lutron systems
IP networks
Previous work in super-prime residential sector preferred
