We are an established Audio Visual Hire, Live Events production Company based in Central London, and have been trading for over 20 years.

We offer support for a broad spectrum of events, ranging from intimate board meetings through to full company conferences and awards dinners. Our dedicated team work closely with our clients from initial enquiry right through the post event follow up to ensure you feel supported every step of the way, meaning we are not just a supplier, we are a partner.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will work with them to understand their requirements, produce a detailed quotation and ensure that the event is delivered to our exacting standards, following up post event to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied. As part of the role you will also be expected to use the Hiretrack software package, to create quotes, po’s and invoices.
The Candidate
- You will have experience working as a account manager/project manager or technical manager across a broad spectrum of sectors and events.
- You will have strong technical knowledge and experience of working with in 5* and unique venues.
- You will be a team player and be very client facing.
- You will be organised, punctual, flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
- You will be meticulously organised, have a high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring a first-class delivery.
- You will have a strong commercial mind, be computer literate and be experienced in fully costing all aspects of a project, ensuring good profitability.
The Offer
£30,000.00 per annum
