Job description
Collingwood Health are recruiting an experienced Audio Typist to join our Referrals team in Slough. The role is part-time, working a minimum of 12 hours and maximum of 25 hours a week between Monday - Thursday.
Training in regards to in house systems will be given in the office and then there will be some flexibility around working from home.
Role
- Ensuring the typing of medical reports (from audio tapes, dictation and copy typing) are produced in a timely, proficient and professional manner. Turning around report’s within KPI guidelines to meet customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring formatting, grammar and spellings are accurate.
- Cross checking information on the report against the referral.
- Updating systems where applicable.
- Treating sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
- Working from home independently.
Requirements
- Medical/Occupational Health background desirable but not essential
- Audio transcription level1/level 2
- Good Standard of Written & Spoken English
- Touch typist
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines
- RSA Typing II/ECDL not essential
- Ability to work under pressure
About Collingwood Health Ltd
