We are seeking an ideal candidate who is passionate about delivering top-notch legal services to our clients and who can work autonomously while also upholding our firm's culture. Your responsibilities will include managing client files from start to finish - consultations, drafting, legal research, hearings, motions, and client relationship maintenance. Support from experienced mentors, law clerks, legal assistants, and secretaries will also be available to assist you.

The following items are considered minimum requirements:

  • Licensee in good standing (lawyer or paralegal) with the LSO; including all relevant insurance as of July 1, 2023
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures & deadlines, specifically related to Immigration and Family Law
  • Minimum 1-year office experience in the field of Immigration and Family Law
  • Minimum 2 professional references from the Immigration and Family Law field
  • Ability to conduct a hearing
  • Adaptability and professionalism
  • Ability to relocate and attend the office in-person Monday to Friday
  • Strong dedication and work-ethic

The following items are considered additional assets:

  • Proficiency in languages other than English
  • Prior experience in the legal field, particularly Immigration and Family Law
  • Prior business experience and entrepreneurial skills

Salary: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
