Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment to our guests by demonstrating consistent high levels of service.
- Assure the following areas are clean and tidy at all times: locker room, public areas, gym, and pool.
- Responsible for monitoring fitness facilities ensuring positive and friendly customer relations.
- Observes all activity within assigned areas offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors.
- Follow Spa opening procedures. Be familiar with all hotel packages, promotions, prices and rates.
- Set and maintain water/tea stations. Maintain newspapers & magazines. Greet guests.
- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, rentals, fees, products and merchandise. Escort guests to locker room
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all Rosewood Spa policies/service procedures/standards.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth Spa experience to our guests.
- Maintains impeccable standards of room and personal cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Ensures compliance to all hotel policies, programs, and core practices.
- Other duties as assigned
