Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Health Club and Spa Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Health Club. This position ensures the needs of all Spa, Fitness and Pool guests are met. The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker rooms, fitness areas and pool, provides guests with a fitness/locker room/pool orientation and other related area tours, coordinates guest’s agenda for treatments and can advise of Spa treatment options. The Spa Attendant ensures the ultimate spa experience for all guests.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required. Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all spa guests feel welcomed, is physical in nature and requires candidates be able to push and lift up to 75lbs (including the movement of clean and used linen carts to and from laundry areas). The position also requires cleaning/maintenance of spa relaxation lounges, shower areas, fitness equipment and the periodic cleaning of the indoor pool in addition to other physical tasks. The position will also include the possible selling/serving of food/beverage items. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Preferred qualifications & skills

• 1-2 years previous experience in a high volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment.

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
