We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and compassionate administrator to join our Associate Staff Team at Reading School as Attendance and Reporting Officer.
The Attendance and Reporting Officer will manage the attendance data and processes, weekly reporting of behaviour issues, and half termly academic reporting.
As one of the frontline Student Services team, you will liaise with parents to record absence and monitor student attendance at lessons during the school day. You will work with the Pastoral Team to review low attendance or repeated misbehaviour.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ICT skills from a business or education environment.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to relate well to children and adults.
