What you will be doing...
Responsible for providing high level support for all of the administrative functions within the ATO and assisting with administrative tasks within the Jet2.com Training Centre.
What will you do in the role?
- Enrol students onto the correct CBT (Pelesys E-Learning Courses) within the ATO
- Assist with the preparation of End of Course admin paperwork ensuring a smooth transition over to the Airline Training Programme
- Alongside the ATO Operations Lead and ATO and Training Centre Manager (Bradford), support the CAA E-Licensing application process to make sure students are processed effectively to ensure a smooth continuation of training from the ATO to the Airline
- Be responsible for archiving and filling for all student course records
- Support all the Training Centre staff with the smooth running of the day to day operations, providing admin cover on the reception desk where necessary
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Professional and friendly
- Work effectively as part of a team but also on an individual basis
- You will be naturally inclined to help and assist others imparting our ‘Happy to Help’ ethos
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
