(SIGN ON BONUS - $500.00 after 90 days)
Assistant Director {works in classroom} will be responsible for supporting & leading an Infant/Toddler Program Team, as well as ensuring assesments, classroom schedules and lesson plans are completed. Responsible for implementing the policies & procedures of California Young World. MUST HAVE 2 years of consitent leadership experience in a childcare/preschool/school age setting.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge & experience in leading a team of teachers as well as excellent parent interactions.
