Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Associate Virtual Assistant to join the team at Elements virtual assistants (www.elementsva.co.uk). Your role will involve working alongside our lead VA to complete delegated tasks within the assigned time frame. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the principal virtual assistant with tasks.

· Provide high-quality administrative support.

· Ensure all communications are timely and proactive.

· Develop a good understanding of the client’s needs and preferences.

· Collaborate with the primary virtual assistant to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Tasks may include;

Research

· Research can vary depending on the specific need of the clients. This may include industry research to help clients, gather information about their target audience/competitors/industry trends. Product research, researching potential products, clients may want to invest in.

Messaging

· LinkedIn - Respond to connection requests and message new connections to introduce your client or start a conversation. Engage with potential leads by sending structured messages and showcasing the client's expertise. Communicate with existing clients and partners, sending updates on new offerings or just maintaining communication.

· Review Responses - Respond to customer reviews on various platforms (such as Google, Yelp, or Facebook) in a timely and professional manner, providing gratitude for positive reviews and addressing concerns raised in negative reviews.

Document Creation & Formatting

· Presentations - Creating decks to support clients’ talks.

· Spreadsheets – Creating spreadsheets to help clients track data.

· Word – Formatting documents.

· Canva – The ability to create a Canva artwork, following the specific brief and branding of the client.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· High level of organisation and attention to detail.

· Experience using Asana and toggle is desirable.

· Experience using Canva is desirable.

· Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Fast and reliable internet connection.

· Availability on short notice.

· Background in customer service is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £18.00 per hour
