About the role
Job Purpose: Provides scientific input and support on projects where imaging is used to evaluate safety or efficacy of investigational drugs or medical devices. Implements all project related aspects of application development, medical documentation and reviewer quality control from a medical / scientific perspective in consultation with the relevant internal support and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Analytics
  • Undertakes analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conforming to agreed standards.
Measurement
  • Applies standard techniques to support the specification of measures and the collection and maintenance of data for measurement.
  • Generates, produces and distributes reports.
  • Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods.
Quality assurance
  • Contributes to the collection of evidence and the conduct of formal audits or reviews of activities, processes, data, products or services.
  • Examines records for evidence that appropriate testing and other quality control activities have taken place and determines compliance with organisational directives, standards and procedures.
  • Identifies non-compliances, non-conformances and abnormal occurrences.
Learning delivery
  • Delivers learning activities to a variety of audiences.
  • Teaches, instructs, trains students/learners in order to develop knowledge, techniques and skills using
  • Oversees students/learners in performing practical activities and work, advising and assisting where necessary.
  • Provides detailed instruction where necessary and responds to questions, seeking advice in exceptional conditions beyond own experience. Assists with the development of examples and case study material for use within pre-defined learning material.
Business process testing
  • Specifies and develops test scenarios to test that new/updated processes deliver improved ways of working for the end user at the same time as delivering efficiencies and planned business benefits.
  • Records and analyses test results and reports any unexpected or unsatisfactory outcomes.
  • Uses test plans and outcomes to specify user instructions.
Relationship management
  • Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan.
Deals with lower level problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
  • Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven experience mentoring colleagues
  • Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
  • Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector and /or regulated environments
  • Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
  • Designing and delivering training to a varied and global audience at all levels
  • knowledge of medical terminology and practices
Proven understanding of research methodologies and pragmatic application in a regulated environment Proven ability of using Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Education
BA / BS degree or Technologist Certification in radiology or similar equivalent English: Fluent
