TYG is expanding! We're looking for an energetic and self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

A bit about us:
TYG are a market-leading recruitment company within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
We're looking to continue the expansion of the company after a record year, and there are some great opportunities available for an experienced recruiter looking to work in an autonomous and mature environment. We're currently at 8 heads in our London HQ with a goal to grow to 40 heads across the next 3 years. This means you can play a pivotal part in our expansion plans.
Being a young and fast-growing firm, it is very important for us to maintain a great company culture. So, we're looking for people who are not just hard-working but are also social and enjoy having a laugh!
The opportunity:
You will have at least one year's experience in either a sales or recruitment role. A huge bonus would be if you have worked in either the architecture, white collar construction or engineering sectors, however this isn't essential!
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing new business relationships whilst managing our existing pool of clients.
- Sourcing, headhunting and representing high-calibre candidates.
- Sustaining a consistently excellent standard of service throughout each step of the recruitment procedure.
