Associate Product Manager London, England

Funding Xchange
Full Time London, England 50000 - 80000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

At FXE Technologies, we’re on a mission to make lending to small businesses more accessible, affordable, and sustainable.

Our products are solving real world challenges, providing a level of insight and focus that is transforming customer experiences, understanding of risk and the operating costs for our clients.

Since launching FXE Technologies in 2019, we’ve been scaling our SaaS platform and partnering with some of the most prestigious Tier 1 Banks and Alternative Finance providers in the industry.

We’re now looking for an Associate Product Manager to join us on this journey.

You’ll join the team to help support the product function in defining, delivering and evangelising solutions that help banks and lenders transform their operations and support the SME lending sector as whole.

ABOUT YOU

Your responsibilities

We’re on a mission to change the SME Finance Industry. The product team will be at the forefront this transformation. We’re extremely determined to succeed and – as such – are looking for a like-minded individual who can help us get there.

You’ll be instrumental in delivering FXE’s product vision, by helping us with fast paced delivery of transformative propositions for our customers and partners.

Every day in our fast-paced and growing scale-up will be different. You’ll ultimately have the freedom to carve your own path, but we would support you to:

  • Learn about the SME Finance industry, its customers’ needs and trends
  • Grow your career in product, whether it be taking on more client facing responsibility or greater ownership of product development and analysis
  • Work alongside our internal stakeholders and clients to explore, conceptualize and validate ideas for new products and services for prioritisation
  • Capture and refine the scope of product features, collaborating with engineering and commercial stakeholders to articulate product requirements and user flows
  • Partner with the delivery and engineering teams to document and articulate work, estimate effort and help articulate incremental delivery plans, working towards clear value-generating, measurable milestones
  • Guide features through product development, surfacing the key information to stakeholders and supporting engineering teams with the guidance and support needed to deliver against timelines and client commitments
  • Work with our customer success teams to ensure deployed products are effectively understood and deliver the right outcomes within our clients’ ecosystems
  • Partner with our Client Delivery teams on a project-base to implement your product in our client’s ecosystem

Your focus

You’ll join the team to support the product leadership and SME’s which enable Tier 1 Banks and Lenders to create digital lending and embedded finance experiences for both SMEs and Brokers. (See below more information about the product)

Your profile

You’ve worked in product-oriented roles in fintech or related field for a couple of years, but most importantly are eager to learn, grow and develop further in your Product career. We look forward to getting to know you if:

  • You’ve got a background in Digital/Tech/Consulting/Product Management/Pre-sales
  • You’re used to working in fast paced organisations and to collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • You have experience in a B2B SaaS product organization, supporting scoping and/or delivery of products
  • You’ve got demonstrable experience engaging holistically with internal/external/client stakeholders across all functions
  • You’re passionate about delivering customer outcomes that solve real world problems faced by the industry, putting users at the heart of solutions

Hard skills are key, but we believe attitude is what will make you succeed at Funding Xchange.

If this is you, we’re sure you’ll be great addition to the team:

  • You take pride in your work and are passionate about making an impact
  • You’re always looking for opportunities to improve and grow
  • You are a team player at heart, and love helping your colleagues and peers succeed
  • You don’t settle for mediocrity, and consider yourself entrepreneurial, analytical and meticulous
  • You love to think out of the box, and love getting to the heart of problems
  • You enjoy being hands on and proactive in supporting team members
