We are looking for APAC focussed Associate Personal Shoppers but are open to languages within the APAC region.
As an Associate Personal Shopper (APAC region specific), you will drive your business, developing your client book, sales and product margin. Through developing relationships with clients based on understanding their tastes and lifestyle, you will encourage repeat purchases and new client referrals.
Salary for this role is £28,000 which is in line with our Shopper programme. This is a base salary, not including our amazing commission packages which would be on top!
As well as your base salary, you will also receive a great commission structure plus bonus. We also have a great Shopper Program for your career development which will allow you to level up as you hit your targets.
This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2-3 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
You Will:
- Deliver revenue and pipeline/sales funnel management to help you and your personal shopper(s) track, manage, and succeed against your sales targets
- Hold client appointments both domestically and internationally (if required), as well as via chat commerce
- Convert & acquire clients from new inbound requests on chat & social platforms
- Uphold operational excellence & train junior team members to full operational competency
- Hold in-town shopping days and/or virtual shopping appointments to proactively source and suggest new products and brands
- Liaising with brand partners about new product launches and upcoming collections of interest to your personal shoppers clients
Requirements:
You Have:
- Proven experience as an assistant or equivalent in a junior sales role within the luxury fashion industry or at Threads
- Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms
- Evidence of contribution to sales targets
- An understanding of how to engage, empathise and up-sell with High Net Worth, luxury customers
- Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market
