An exciting opportunity exists to join the People team as an Associate People Business Partner
This role, works closely with operational front-line areas, providing guidance, counsel, and challenge to enhance organisational performance, delivering local people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.

About you
- Insights driven – adopt a disciplined approach to understanding and diagnosing problems, and then use a range of evidence from a variety of sources to develop peopleinsights. Use this insight to challenge the way we think about people in our organisation and inform change, driving better business decision making. Evaluate the impact of all projects in order to inform future practice.
- Digitally savvy – understanding the digital environment, the role of technology and the impact it has on people and the people function
- Courageous and influential – show professional and personal courage to speak up when it’s the right thing to do, even in the face of resistance or opposition. Skilfully influence others in a range of situations, including making a case for change, taking responsibilities for mistakes, and challenging the behaviour of others.
- Commercially astute – apply a business and customer focussed approach. Demonstrate the commitment and resilience to deliver results that create business value. Deliver the people plan with an emphasis on those areas that will have the greatest impact.
- Flexible – effective and pragmatic decisions that take in to account the specific situation or context. Avoids a ‘one size fits all’ approach but in doing so, still ensures alignment to the principles and values outlines in the people and business strategies. Remain flexible enough to adapt to new insight, circumstances or changes.
Your experience
- Working in a complex and matrixed business
- CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)
Please note this role will require some travel to London Heathrow.
