Location:
Manchester


Hours:
40 hours between 09:00am – 18:00pm. Monday to Friday (occasional work out of normal business hours)

What will you do?


Support the Head of Communities and Content Demand Generation to execute demand generation campaigns including but not limited to, social media (organic and paid) and database (email) marketing to generate demand (enquiries) from agents, web brokers, channel partners, prospective and current members and customers, events, and promotional campaigns.


We want someone exceptional who can focus on:


Content Demand Generation


  • Traffic creative projects from initial concept to completion.
  • Develop and place social media posts in support of the social media calendar.
  • Create social media posts (visual and written form) for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Adapt the social media posts according to the brand guidelines for each NewFlex brand.
  • Schedule the social media posts for placement, ensuring posts are adapted appropriately for each social media platform.
  • Engage with posts, with the goal of relationship building and demand capture for all NewFlex brands and products.
  • Engage with centre teams to capture local content.
  • Provide support to the HOC&CDG to work with the Agents, Web Brokers and Channel Partner marketing teams to feature NewFlex brands and locations on their social media platforms and social channels, and email communication
  • Support the HOC&CDG with email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the HOC&CDG with the execution of all remaining aspects of the marketing plan including but not limited to placing promotional signs, holding promotion events including “open days”, customer promotions, etc…
  • Provide support with reporting data


Health & Safety


  • To have an understanding and work to policies relating to statutory H&S obligations


Knowledge/Experience


  • Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Minimum Grade C in English and Math’s (or equivalent)

Qualifications
