Core Responsibilities
- Be part of a fantastic team that plans and implements global brand and product PR and earned media activations - You have a mix of responsibility levels across projects and help support across the foundational work in the team, whilst starting to take ownership of PR activities
- Help to deliver and host media & influencer events and visits at the LEGO® Campus in Billund, Denmark or other locations across Europe
- Support across relevant media enquiries in relation to our products and campaigns, identifying opportunities to further the work of the LEGO Group through external communications
- Be responsible for keeping our own channels, including the newsroom on LEGO.com, up to date with engaging content that is relevant to our brand and its strategic priorities.
- Track campaign performance via media monitoring and a range of campaign measurement tools, including preparing evaluation reports and using data and analytics to create recommendations to inform future campaign planning.

The role sits within the growing Brand & Portfolio Communications team with plenty of room to help craft our ambition and plans and increase the influence of Earned PR across the wider business. Day-to-day you will be supporting your external communications colleagues and working closely with a global PR community network.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has experience at either an earned agency (PR, social, comms) or an in-house Corporate Communications/Consumer team.
You have worked with media relations in a constantly evolving media landscape and gained a detailed understanding of earned media channels and how to establish and build stakeholder relationships.
Your superpowers will include:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Very strong organizational capabilities to support projects and key campaigns.
- Strong project management and execution skills and ability to drive with high attention to quality and detail.
- Experience with event management and media handling (not a pre-requisite or mandatory)
- A genuine interest in working with earned/brand communications and storytelling, brand protection, and a constant drive to learn more – as well as a strong foundational understanding of media relations
- The ability to network and navigate in a large global organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to navigate challenges and hurdles in Earned workstreams
