Job description
The Education and Skills Partnership Limited - seeking a contractor associate to undertake IQA activity within the apprenticeship department to ensure effective delivery and quality assurance of all relevant qualifications for full compliance with the requirements of external bodies – Awarding Organisations and Ofsted.
Duties and Responsibilities for Associate IQA - Digital Marketing - contractor status
· Undertake and support the approval process with the awarding bodies to secure accreditation for relevant qualifications
· Developing and supporting tutors, through the monitoring of tutors, resources and experiences to carry out assessments.
· Ensuring OneFile are always up to date – with at least 90% of learners on track.
· Monitor learner progression escalating any concerns.
· Sample qualifications in line with sampling plan, risk banding and IQA strategy.
· Ensure all IQA documentation is completed adhering to Awarding Organisation and company standards.
· Maintain the integrity of all programmes by reporting any suspected malpractice or maladministration are followed.
· Plan and conduct learner interviews in line with the IQA strategy to ensure quality of delivery.
· Liaise with Awarding Organisations (AO) to agree sampling timeline and lead on external Quality Assurance (EQA) visits.
· Review LSC assessment decisions and feedback regarding portfolio evidence. Check that decisions are made using specified criteria and that feedback follows best practice principles.
· Provide LSCs with feedback, advice and support to help them maintain and improve their assessment practice
· Follow agreed procedures for the recording, storing and reporting and confidentiality of information
· Support delivery of skills development training sessions for LSCs to enable them to communicate EPA requirements to employers/apprentices on an ongoing basis
· Meet all KPI targets and commitments contributing to the overall success of the business
· Follow and abide by ESP’s Standards and Core Principals and assure at all times excellence in the experience, progress and outcomes for the Apprentices and their employers
Experience and Skills:
The Digital Marketing Apprenticeship IQA will require the following experience:
· Relevant IQA qualifications such as: L4 TAQA, or V1, or D34
· Relevant Assessor Qualifications such as: L3 TAQA, A, or D32/D33
· Experience in IQA roles within the digital marketing industry
· Track record of practicing Internal Quality Assurance to raise standards on provision
· Working by Ofsted’s standards and expectations
· Occupational competence in Digital Marketing, this can be evidence using a combination of:
o A higher-level qualification in the same subject area
o Experience in the delivery, assessment, IQA of the qualification requested
o Work experience in the subject area of the qualification
· Be able to evidence up to date work practices and developments in the qualification through undertaking continuous professional development (CPD)
