Job description
- Responsible for transaction management and execution. Involved in devising transaction terms, creating marketing materials, obtaining internal approvals, preparing deal documentation, obtaining ratings, pricing and execution of deals.
- Prices and executes transactions, finalises termsheets for “flow” structures.
- Aims to develop an understanding of relevant market fundamentals/drivers and will learn to apply these when assessing the economic value/trading principles behind certain structures and “trade ideas”.
- Follows pricing and technical developments in relevant financial markets and can articulate a house (or alternative) view on these markets.
- External Client: Networks, develops and nurtures client relationships, anticipates and identifies their needs.
- Internal Client: Develops close and effective working relationships within respective Regions/ Countries/Functions/Global Businesses.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Market and Structuring experience, ideally have knowledge of the trading area.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree, or equivalent work-related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to understand and manage complex products.
