Job description
Currently, we are looking for a full-time Associate for the company Flyer One Ventures.
Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage venture capital firm which invests in startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, preparation to fundraising and fundraising itself.
About you:
- 1+ year(s) experience in early-stage venture capital;
- strong understanding of venture capital deal terms;
- strong written, communication, and public speaking skills as the role will require both written and verbal communication to the firm’s stakeholders;
- ability to perform venture capital valuation, total addressable market analysis, and develop research on nascent markets.
What will you do:
- work closely with the firm’s GP to source, evaluate, and back early-stage startups;
- collaborate with the GP to structure financing rounds;
- help build, support, and scale a world-class investing team;
- supporting existing portfolio companies with recruiting, M&A, growth and product feedback;
- sit on boards of selected portfolio companies;
- willingness to travel as necessary.
