We are pleased to announce a strategic leadership opportunity within our People & Organisational Development team with the appointment of an Associate Director of Education, Learning and Culture. This is an exciting time to be a part of Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We're embarking on a bold and innovative programme focused on our people and organisational culture, which brings with it exciting development opportunities, not just to shape and influence the work within the Trust, but also across the wider Gloucestershire Health and Social Care System
As an integral part of the senior leadership team, you will work with the Director for People and OD, Deputy Director and the Associate Director of Workforce & Resourcing to drive transformation across the People and OD agenda
In this role you will set the direction for the leadership, organisational and cultural development agendas for the Trust, as well as Health and Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion and Freedom to Speak Up. You will also oversee an extensive Education agenda. You will ensure these portfolios are fit for purpose, responsive and provide an excellent, proactive service across the Trust
In order to be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate both technical and leadership credibility to influence decision-making across senior and executive leaders, build and maintain an extensive network of key stakeholders to enable the effective delivery of the education, learning and culture agenda
