The role requires good leadership and project management attributes, the ability to lead a team of consultants, including professionals and trainees, and being the day to day link between the Project Director and the client, and the ‘go to’ person for both the client and your business unit directors.
You will be expected to manage all aspects of a job, and develop a strong working relationship with other members of the project/design team and with the client.
With climate change impacting us all and Net Zero Carbon initiatives commencing across the UK, you can be part of making a difference and solving problems that matter.

- Strong and substantial experience in carrying out Energy (SAP, SBEM) calculations and Energy Reports for planning purposes. Experience of thermal bridging.
- Technical professional expertise in one of more of the following microclimate services; wind, daylight/sunlight, glare/glint or rights to light assessments.
- Accredited for OCDEA/NDEA and/or BREEAM and CEEQUAL
- Very good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Demonstrable mentoring & coaching skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and secure new business / clients in collaboration with the wider team / Directors
- Chartered status through relevant professional body (e.g. CIBSE, IEMA)
