You will likely have experience across a range of qual or mixed method methodologies and you will be passionate about building fantastic client relationships. Having accountability for developing your team to the highest possible standards in both quality and level of insight across all deliverables for your accounts. You will ensure that people feel motivated, are learning and provide constructive feedback that will help to reach the high standards you expect from them. In this role you will have ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of clients that you will look to embed into the business for the long term. You will make sure that you and the team are delivering work that meets your clients' objectives.
