JLL
Full Time London, England 34100 - 44771 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology to our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people in our industry; and we support them through professional growth, flexibility, and personalized benefits to manage life in and outside of work. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.

Our Associates work with multinational and domestic clients in both the private and public sector to answer the most complex questions around the ‘business’ of real estate – how to drive performance from assets held to enable another purpose. They are our future business leaders and sit at the core of our delivery team, typically working on one or two projects at any point in time, and integrating and interpreting multi-disciplinary inputs to deliver compelling messages and recommendations to our clients. Client excellence and exceptional outcomes are key expectations of the Associate role and typifies the team’s vision and purpose as a collective group.
Data analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategy development and report/recommendation writing are key skills. The ability to articulate a compelling business case and/or case for change to the client is important, as well as building relationships – both internally and externally - to ensure that JLL’s reputation with the client is enhanced by your work.
We are looking for candidates with a management consulting background and mindset for collaborating with the wider JLL business and CRE SME’s to push the boundaries of our client offerings and advice. We also welcome applications from more traditional real estate backgrounds with experience in consulting or advisory. A bias for action, and ability to present high level, assumption-based opportunities but equally demonstrate competence in detailed analysis is essential.
As a multi-disciplinary consultant, the engagements you work on, could span any of our key capability areas of portfolio, location, transformation & change, organisation & operations design, and human centric experience with a common focus on sustainability and digital. We work across all sectors, and both occupier and investor clients.
In exchange, we offer a dynamic and fast paced consulting practice which drives your ambition in line with ours and offers rewards for collective and individual success within a OneJLL and collaborative setting. We provide a supportive and coaching environment that will help you unlock your capabilities and grow your impact. Whilst the role is UK based there is the ability to work across the EMEA regions and be involved in global projects.
