The Utah Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS) Provo office is seeking
two highly motivated individuals with professional work experience in an office
setting to fill their Senior Assistant Caseworker - Clerical
Support/Receptionist positions for our Child Protection Team and our
Permanency team. Become part of a team of professionals working together

Pay starts at $16.95.
Principal Duties
A Senior Assistant Caseworker-Clerical Support is a resource to the
professional child welfare social work staff providing direct client services
including:
. Attending Meetings and taking notes
. Preparing letters and/or documentations and editing documents
. Mailing certified mail to clients
. Documenting and Tracking in our Division database
. Uploading documents in our Division database
. Obtaining police reports and files for caseworkers
. Maintaining office supplies and resources
. Completing Medicaid applications
. Office receptionist
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position include:
- Professional work experience working in an office setting.
- Skilled at dealing with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Skilled with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro to create and prepare documents.
- Communicates effectively, clearly, and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Great public relation skills.
- Giving attention to small details for accuracy of information provided.
- Preference may be given to applicants with previous and/or current experience working for the Utah Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS).
- Adobe Pro experience.
