- Senior Assistant supporting the Regulatory Affairs Head, Western Europe and Canada as a personal assistant, in addition to supporting a team of 4 Therapeutic Lead's and a broader area team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Regulatory Affairs Head in managing the day to day operations of email and diary management, expenses, travel and flight arrangement. Setting up and attending leadership meetings and related actions, to manage accordingly
- Assist 4 Therapeutic Lead's in coordinating the activities of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) including scheduling and agenda management of relevant meetings, travel and expenses
- Assist in the arrangement of team meetings presentations and highlights updates as required
- Participate and manage projects including working with cross functional teams
- Schedule employee communication sessions
- Organize events such as off-site training and team building activities
- Lead the co-ordination and agenda of important internal and external visitors, including transport, meeting rooms, catering, and restaurant bookings
- Manage the meeting room booking system
- Schedule flights, accommodation and car hire
- Participate in Cross Functional Teams as required
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are required as well as a demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work
- Experience supporting senior leaders including diary/ event management, travel and expenses coordination
- Collaborate as part of a large area team
- High level of integrity
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt and learning new technology
