This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Asset Finance Broker Team and the successful candidate will play an integral part of managing a panel of introducing brokers to ensure an efficient service which meets both broker and client needs.

The Broker Relationship Manager role is an exciting new opportunity within our growing and successful Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) Asset Finance Broker Team based in Glasgow & Southampton. Working closely alongside the other Broker Relationship Managers to manage a panel of Asset Finance brokers and deliver on our business targets.
Key Accountabilities:
To help deliver core Asset Finance targets and maximise business levels and profitability from existing and prospective LBG panel Brokers
To build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to leverage and grow broker opportunities.
To contribute and assist Asset Finance business in delivering its strategy alongside LBG in the market
The role will entail both Relationship Management of a few key panel Brokers as well as playing a more strategic role in seeking to develop everything "broker".
