We are in our twelfth year and generate our income through delivering on contracts from a number of sources including Government and Industry Bodies.
Formal qualifications are not essential but good relevant experience, and the ability to communicate well, in person, by phone and in writing is.
In addition to supporting the Director, you will have line management responsibility for case managers. We aim high and our case managers are completing a Level 4 Apprenticeship as Employment Practitioner. We would support further relevant training for the successful candidate.
We are looking for someone who is really committed to what we do and can fit in with our small teat that includes an office dog.
