Equans is looking for an Assistant Sustainability Complience Officer to join our team in Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role to support the Regional Sustainability Team in adhering to PAS2030 installer accreditation standards on our funded retrofit schemes. In collaboration with the Compliance Officer, this role will be responsible for collating, validating and preparing PAS 2030:2019 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance
What will you deliver?
Supporting the production of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2030:2019 process
Working closely with the Compliance Officer, Retrofit Coordinators, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Designer ensuring PAS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programme
Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sustainability sector and pass this expertise onto the wider team
Alongside the Compliance Officer, provide PAS2030 advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures
To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information
To ensure all Strategic Partners contractual deadlines are adhered to
Support the Compliance Officer in their engagement with key supply chain partners assisting in the effective development and delivery of projects

Who are we looking for?
Educated to A-level (or equivalent) in a related subject
Previous work experience in a professional setting
A willingness to enhance knowledge and understanding of the Sustainability Sector, and the compliance requirements associated
Flexible & adaptable (to cope with frequent changes in government guidance and associated working practices)
Ability to prioritise workload
Full UK driving licence
