A bit about us:

Dynamick Limited is a fully independent retail & telecommunication franchise business operating several Vodafone retail stores, located at the Metrocentre, Gateshead, Chester-Le-Street, & in Carlisle, Cumbria. Most recently we added a further Vodafone store to our retail portfolio in Workington, Cumbria in February 2023.

2023 is an exciting time to join us as we move forward with our ambitious expansion plans.

What will you be doing?

To be successful in this role, you will.

• Lead, engage and develop your team.
• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operational running of the store, including deputising in their absence.
• Regularly analyse, monitor, and evaluate both the store & individual team member’s key KPI’s, contributing towards strategies to deliver these.
• Empower, motivate, and educate your team to reach their full potential.
• Conduct monthly team member reviews, including action planning.
• Promote an environment which provides an exemplary retail experience for every customer, each time they visit us.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of coaching, developing, and building a competent and capable team
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate clear and objective goals, and commercial KPI’s.
• Have experience of deputising/managing a retail store environment.
• Commercial awareness, including of our competitors.
• Experience of managing a team
• Self-motivated, reliable, energetic, with a proactive approach.
• Acts with integrity in everything they do.
