In 2016, Jeanne Damas created Rouje, a line of clothing and accessories directly inspired by her ideal dressing room. "New Wave" spirit, seventies...; our collections with flattering cuts reflect her universe: feminine and Parisian. In Rouje, we see the Woman before the clothes she is wearing.
Rouje's collections were first sold online before being set up in pop-up stores in Tokyo and Los Angeles. Then the brand opened its first boutique in the center of Paris in 2019. A second boutique in Le Bon Marché was opened in 2021 and a third one in Le Marais in 2022. Clothes, cosmetics, lingerie and accessories: at Rouje, you can find the perfect total look.
In 2022, Rouje has launched Les Filles en Rouje, our new beauty line bringing a new universe and a new DNA to our beauty products.
The brand is also involved in causes that are close to its heart related to Women and environment supported through concrete actions.

Permanent contract
Store management
- Manage all cash and credit card handling and banking procedures according to Company guidelines
- Be responsible for ensuring that product deliveries and the merchandise are processed according to Company stock management guidelines
- Be responsible for the good image of the Store, ensuring it is clean and well maintained according to the Company Visual Merchandising standards
- Be a driving force behind store improvements and manage furniture orders when needed
Business development management
- Support the achievement of business goals and strategic projects, keeping in constant connection with the store team and the head office.
- Assist in setting up marketing events (influencer or celebrity shopping, pop-ups, autograph signings, Events or activations for our loyal customers, etc.)
Clienteling development (CRM)
- Be the ultimate brand ambassador.
- Communicate ROUJE's values and brand philosophy to all guests and employees in the store by offering a personalized customer experience and by developing the clienteling of the store.
Team development
- Handle issues in a timely manner according to Company policy and operational procedures
- Oversee and train all new employees. Responsible for continued education and development of existing team members
- Coach and train the team to improve the business performance. Ensure the sales team is trained and knowledgeable to successfully deliver exceptional selling experience. Create best in class customer experience.
- Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager
Profile requirements:
- You have a proven first experience as a senior salesperson, first salesperson or assistant manager
- You have experience in highly accompanied and personalized sales
- You are said to be sunny and positive
- Knowledge of another language is a plus
