  • Serving as your Store Manager’s right hand and helping them organise team meetings and other important day-to-day business activities

In addition, you can work on preparing and co-leading monthly store kick-off meetings to ensure all your heartbeats are on the same page with the important commercial goals at Rituals.

In your store, you work together with passionate and enthusiastic heartbeats. Just like you, they take a quality-orientated approach to customer service. You notice that especially in the way they continually find new ways to listen to customer needs and offer the right solution in any situation. And how do you best describe our working atmosphere? Best in Class, Authentic and filled with lots of energy.

I feel so included and valued at Rituals, especially by my manager and area manager. My work never goes unnoticed, and it makes me work even harder. The atmosphere at work is very calm and stress free, the workload is never over whelming and there is always someone at the end of the phone if I ever need help. -
Alys, Lakeside Assistant Store Manager

I enjoy working at Rituals because the brand truly encourages our customers to focus on their mental and physical wellbeing through our products and services. In my journey at Rituals so far, I have been given the opportunity to progress and have recently been promoted to Assistant Store Manager. I think it's great to work for a company that encourages internal progression. -
