Our unique Theatre experience certainly gives you variety in this job. Krispy Kreme has developed this store to give our customers a fun interactive “HOT LIGHT” experience.
Our purpose is to spread smiles across the UK & Ireland creating in the UK alone over 100m doughnuts which are handcrafted each year and delivered fresh every day to your favourite stores.

Key Accountabilities:
- Safety: A safety first approach for our people and products
- People: Support the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and motivating the team
- Quality: Commitment to quality with only the highest quality products being allowed to leave the premises
- Facilities: Take responsibility for your store. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda creating a fit for purpose, happy working environment for all our Krispy Kremers
- P&L: Support the Store Manager with managing stock, rotas and reporting

You’ll fit right into the Krispy Kreme family if:
- You have track record as a shift lead supervisor and a CV bursting with customer service experience.
- You have experience in a food on the go environment or within retail.
- You have proven experience of using your skillset to support and develop a team of people.
- Are a problem-solver who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and continually focus on our customers’ needs.
- Are supporting of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
