We are seeking a commercially aware Assistant Shop Manager for our Norwich Charity Shop and Bridal Boutique. As part of a small team, you will support the Shop Manager, in the day to day running of the shop, supervision of volunteers and making the most of donated items.

The working hours are 21 hours (3 days) per week to include some weekend and bank holiday working as required. The salary is £11,550 to £11,640 per annum (£19,250 to £19,400 full time equivalent). As part of our Norwich Retail team and will also have the opportunity to work at our Magdalen Street shop from time to time. Subject to eligibility/scheme rules, benefits include:
