An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Assistant Service Manager to join the Imaging team.
The Assistant Service Manager will be an integral part of the management team within imaging and will provide support to a range of other roles within the department.
The post holder will be involved in all aspects of service performance management and development within the Care Unit and will be a key member of the Care Unit Management team deputising for the Head of Imaging across a range of duties.
They will also provide management and leadership to the Performance Managers, Care Unit Administrator, and other administrative staff within the Care Unit.
Full consideration will be given to the development of the individual and their progress on to a more senior post will be encouraged.
Chesterfield Royal Hospital is located in Calow, Chesterfield, which is situated on a green field site on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Chesterfield Royal Hospital was officially opened by the queen in 1985 and since then it has continued to expand and modernise, currently holding approximately 550 beds. We provide acute in-patient and out-patient care for Chesterfield and the surrounding rural area of North Derbyshire, serving a population of approximately 350,000 people.
