Mathnasium is an international Maths tutoring franchise with over 1,100 centres worldwide. We are known for the great care we take with our students and employees alike. Our centre in Twickenham, TW1 is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate and a disciplined self-starter.
The ideal candidate must have a flair for sales, leadership and ambition. They will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-centre experience using Mathnasium's methods and systems. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and achieve branch growth through efficient sales
- Build rapport relationships with customers (parents and children)
- Champion customer service, communicate student progress regularly and confidently
- Assign curriculum through appropriate student assessment and use Mathnasium systems to monitor and diagnose gaps in their learning
- Develop a high-performing team, through training and continued professional development
- Directly supervise the business, ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage payroll expenditure and centre costs with the goal of profitability and business success and performance
- Foster relationships with the local community creating opportunities through relationships with schools, businesses and parents
- Create effective marketing ideas and implement them into successful campaigns
Qualifications
- Degree preferred, but outstanding experience will be considered.
