Assistant Restaurant Manager
Up to £30,500 plus TRONC and bonus (package circa £36,000)
Working Week: 42 hours

THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager, you will…
- Support the General Manager by running the restaurant and looking after your guests
- Lead your team by example
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
