About the Position
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, ambitious, hands-on people person who is passionate about hospitality and standards.
You will be not only helping to lead the team at the restaurants, but also becoming part of an established group of over 160 colleagues across seven restaurants. It’s a bit of a cliché to suggest that 21 Hospitality is like one big family – but it really is!
The successful candidate will:

- Have proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

The Primary objectives of the position are
- To ensure that the levels hospitality, quality standards, service, revenue, profitability and cleanliness are achieved to the required standard.
- To assist leading the restaurant team in achieving the required results.
- To develop, grow and build the business whilst enhancing the image and reputation of Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Grill
- To supervise service and the restaurant team. To service Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Grill guests within to maximise satisfaction whilst maintaining food and beverage profitability.
- To ensure that all work is carried out in line with Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Grill’s concept guidelines for sales, marketing and service.
- To identify commercial opportunities and drive these forward within the Saltwater Fish Company and Porterhouse Grill concept guidelines
- Assist the Manager to maximise financial contribution in line with budget expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £29,500.00 per year
